    Erin spent 11 years working for technology companies as a Recruiter, Recruiting Leader, HRBP, and HR leader. She’s hired 700+ professionals across various levels, industries, and geographies. She worked with executives on org design, performance management, and succession planning. She learned the impact of the wrong hire, and the exponential ROI of the right one.

    While leading People teams, she found the options for third-party recruiting support to be expensive and, frankly, not that flexible. She founded Rise & Co. Talent to be a more human-centric approach to flexible recruiting.

    Erin is passionate about connecting strong leaders with committed workers. She’s built a recruiting toolkit and honed an approach to sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring decisions, and onboarding that helps businesses consistently hire better talent.

    For the first decade of her career, Molly worked in-house leading recruiting teams in both established as well as start-up environments. She’s led teams that hired Software Engineers, Systems Administrators, Lawyers & Doctors, Accountants & Materials Scientists, Manufacturing Technicians, HVAC Technicians and Sushi Chefs. Name a role - she’s most certainly recruited for it. She’s successfully run high-volume teams and niche, executive-level searches, filling 3,500+ openings annually - domestically and internationally.
